We want you to be completely happy with your ashhaz purchase. If your selection does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, when you make your request within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund and Exchange Guidelines

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

- Product should be unused and in the original condition.

After the item has been received and inspected by us, the refund or exchange is typically processed within 24-48 hours. Refunds for items purchased at ashhaz.com will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the item. For cash on delivery payments, you will be provided with a refund through NEFT.
