Shipping Policy

At Ashhaz we aspire to make your shopping experience pleasurable, simple and hassle-free. Therefore, we ensure that every product you order is in perfect condition and that it reaches as soon as possible.

We try to dispatch most orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and our courier partner that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 2-10 days from shipping. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure that most of our items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package.
